To be eligible for the BAMS course, you need to have completed the two-year PUC/12th or an equivalent examination recognized by RGUHS. In this exam, you should have passed with English as one language and Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as optional subjects. You should have at least 50% marks in the total of these science subjects in the second year of your PUC or equivalent exam.
If you have completed the B.Sc. Part I Degree Examination from any recognized university, and you have Science subjects like Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Botany, or Zoology, and you have secured a minimum of 50% marks in total, you can also be eligible for the BAMS course. Apart from all this, it is mandatory for you to have qualified for the NEET UG examination for the current year.
